Medical Organization for the Needy (MOFN) is a UK-registered charity dedicated to ensuring that people facing hardship, displacement, and crisis can access essential, dignified healthcare—free of charge. We work hand-in-hand with ministries of health, public hospitals, and community partners to reduce health inequities and bring timely care to underserved communities across low-resource and emergency contexts.
A world where essential healthcare is a right enjoyed by everyone, regardless of background or financial situation.
To deliver free, high-quality medical care to the most vulnerable populations by partnering with local systems and deploying flexible care models—fixed clinics, tents, mobile units, and hospitals—that meet people where they are.

Make a Difference
Provide medical checkups, essential medicines, and emergency treatments for families who cannot afford healthcare.

We carry out courses and workshops for local doctors, medical students and health allies. Courses we provide include ALS, ATLS and almost all mandatory courses required to deal with emergencies.

Help underprivileged patients access critical medical equipment for life-saving procedures. We provide repair and maintenance services for medical equipment such as image intensifiers and microscopes. Your donation can provide essential tools that make a real difference in their health outcomes. With your generous contribution; together we can bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
